Ad-Duha Islamic Studies & Arabic Program
Scope & Sequence

In order to help parents better understand what is taught in the Ad-Duha Program, we have developed a Scope & Sequence that illustrates the breadth and depth of topics covered in the program in an easy to read chart. This document can be viewed online or can be printed out for reference (see below).

We have included the following features in the document...

  • The Ad-Duha Educational Philosophy
  • The methodology used in developing the curriculum
  • Overall goals of the program
  • Manner in which the goals will be accomplished in each level
  • Brief summary of topics covered in each subject

Please keep in mind that by its nature, a scope and sequence is a general overview of the themes covered in the curriculum, it is not comprehensive and will not detail each lesson taught on a daily basis in the courses. Each course covers a large amount of material, therefore we have summarized the content according to the general themes.

Course Availability

The upper levels* of the Ad-Duha curriculum are currently under revision. This means that although we have included information on these levels, they are not yet available for purchase. We will be adding information on each level to our web site as it becomes available. If you would like to be informed by e-mail when new courses are available please join our mailing list. 

*Upper Levels F and G although currently available, will eventually be revised to meet the scope and sequence detailed in this document (i.e. their current content does not match this scope & sequence). For information on the current format and content of these levels, please visit the Level F & G pages.
