Purchasing FAQ’s

Ad-Duha provides curriculum to students all over the world on five continents, in over forty states, provinces, and countries. Here are some of the most common questions and answers about the services and products that we offer...

1. How do I decide what products to order? Visit our Islamic Course pages (use the drop down menu at the top of the page to learn more about each level of the program.  Each course level page features...

2. How do I place my order? All or our products are offered for individual sale in our Online Bookstore (printed) or Download & Print Center (PDF e-books). Complete courses are purchased directly from each level page by clicking on the “purchase” button. You will be given the option to customize your course by add or omit items in the course based on your individual needs.
    
3. Does Ad-Duha offer wholesale discounts to Islamic organizations? Ad-Duha does offer wholesale discounts from 25-40% off, for more information please contact us.
    
4. Does Ad-Duha offer e-books (PDF format)?
   Yes, we offer select products in our Download & Print Center.
    
5. How do I pay for my order? In order to complete your order you will need to follow the steps for checking out through Createspace (printed books) or Paypal (downloads). You do not need to have an account with these companies in order to checkout, however you will be given the option to open an account during the process if you wish to do so. 6. Can the printed book and download carts be combined?
   No, not at this time.
    
7. How will I get my printed book order? Createspace, our distributor, will print, pack, and ship your printed book order directly to your home. If you have any questions regarding your order, including returns, you must contact Createspace directly. For more information on ship times and/or contacting customer service click here.
    
8. Why are some books that are included in your complete curriculum sets not available on your web site? Those textbooks that are not published by Ad-Duha are not offered on our web site as these textbooks can be purchased directly from the publisher (indicated on our supply lists) at a very reasonable price.
    
9. Why are some items marked “optional” on the course supply lists? These items are not required to complete the lessons in the course, however you might find them useful so we have included them in the supply list.
