Shipping, Delivery and Return Policies
We would like you to be familiar with Ad-Duha policies relating to shipping times, delivery, and returns so that you are aware of what to expect once you place your order. Please take a moment to read each of the following policies.
Receipts and Invoices
Once you have completed your order online, you will immediately receive a receipt for your purchase via e-mail. If you need more detailed information about your order log into your CreateSpace account at www.createspace.com to view details of your transaction. If you do not have an account, contact customer service (see below) with the order number you received by e-mail.
Book Orders
If you have purchased printed books, these will be delivered to you via United States Postal Service (Continental US) or DHL Global (International) directly from our distributor, CreateSpace. The following are the delivery times and shipping options that you will be offered upon checkout. All times are given in business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Notes for International Orders:
- Additional Costs: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Ad-Duha does not have control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
- Customs Delays: Orders are sometimes held by customs. This may delay your package from being delivered within the estimated delivery times listed above. Ad-Duha cannot foresee such delays, so please keep this in mind before ordering, especially if you must have the order before a certain date.
- Shipping Costs: It is more cost effective to place a large order at one time, rather than making more than one small order. Therefore, if you only want one or two books, we recommend you make a group order (with family or friends) in order to reduce the shipping cost per item.

Return/Refund Policy (Printed Books ONLY):
If you are dissatisfied with your printed book purchase, you must contact CreateSpace directly to discuss the issue (misprint, incorrect item, etc.). CreateSpace will issue you ticket number and will follow up with you via e-mail until the issue is resolved.
Returns or replacements are only issued if there was an error in order fulfillment or printing. Neither Ad-Duha, nor CreateSpace will accept returns or issue refunds for items that you ordered by mistake or which you have decided you no longer want.
