When Rasulullah, peace be upon him, did not hear back from his army for more than a month, the Moonaafeeqeen of Madinah (hypocrites) rejoiced in their decision to stay behind, thinking they had protected themselves and their wealth from harm. In this surah, your child will learn what happened to the army, how Allah loved the Moojaaheedeen (Muslim soldiers) because they risked everything for the sake of Islaam, and how the Moonaafeeqeen were the real losers for being greedy and ungrateful.
This series is based on the classic Tafseer of Ibn Kathir and the world-renowned Sahih International translation of the Qur'aan.
