Order Confirmations & Receipts: Once you have completed your order online, you will immediately receive a receipt for your purchase via email. If you did not receive it, check your spam folder to see if it was misdirected there. If you are still unable to locate it, get in touch with us to have a duplicate one sent. 

Current Ship Times: Due to high order volume, orders are currently shipping out within 5-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays). 

Print Book Cancelations & Changes: Orders may be canceled/changed within 6 hours of being placed. After that time, cancelations/changes cannot be accepted. To cancel/change your order, please get in touch with us. You must receive an email confirmation for us to process the cancelation/change and issue any refund. If you do not receive confirmation within 1 hour, contact us via chat (lower right corner). 

Tracking Numbers & Estimated Delivery Times: Once the order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. The total time to receive your shipment usually is as follows (all estimates are starting from the date of your purchase):

Within the United States:

FedEx, USPS, or UPS Ground | 2-3 Weeks 

FedEx, USPS, or UPS Express Mail | 1-2 Weeks

International Orders:

FedEx, USPS, or UPS Global | 4-5 Weeks 

Shipping times listed above are estimates, not guarantees. Actual shipping times may be longer depending on events outside of our control (COVID-19 closures, customs delays, weather interruptions, holidays, etc.). If you do not receive your order within this timeframe, please contact your local post office to check if it is being held there. If you still cannot locate the package, please get in touch with customer support.

Notes for International Customers

 

  1. Customs Fees: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Ad-Duha does not have control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
     

  2. Customs & Weather Delays: Orders are sometimes held by customs (an additional 7-10 business days in some cases) or delayed due to inclement weather (i.e., snow, ice, hurricanes, holidays, etc.). This may cause your package to be delivered later than the estimated delivery time listed on our website. Ad-Duha cannot foresee such delays, so please keep this in mind before ordering, especially if you must have the order before a certain date.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch with us within 3 calendar days (including weekends and holidays) of receiving your order. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued for lost or damaged shipments. Reimbursement in such cases must be pursued with the shipping company.

 

Conditions of return for printed books are as follows...

 

  1. All books must be returned in new, unused condition as determined by Ad-Duha.

  2. If printed books are damaged or used, no refund credit will be issued.

  3. Return shipping must be paid by the shipper unless the return is due to an order error on our part.

  4. The refund or exchange will be processed within 24 hours of the date that your returned books are received. It may take 3-5 days after this time for the refund to appear on your account.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange unless there was a fulfillment error on our part. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued for lost or damaged shipments. Reimbursement in such cases must be pursued with the shipping company.

E-Books

Order Confirmations & Receipts: Once you have completed your order online, you will immediately receive a receipt for your purchase via email. Download Links: Once you have completed your order online, download links will be displayed. These links will also be emailed to you as part of your order confirmation/receipt, so please keep this email in case you need to redownload the files in the future. You will have two download credits for each book. For example, you can download each book on two devices, or you can download to one device and keep the second download credit to use later if you get a second device or lose the first download. Unused download credits cannot be 'shared' with friends and family. 

Gifting e-Books: If you want to give e-books as a gift to family and/or friends, get in touch with us, and we can arrange for you to do so. 

Resetting Download Links: If you run out of download credits and need to have the links reset (i.e., you lost the files, erased them, need to download them to a new device, etc.), we can do so once within 12 months from your purchase date. After this time, download links cannot be reset. 

E-Book Cancelations & Changes: Orders may be canceled/changed within 6 hours of being placed as long as none of the e-books have been downloaded. To cancel/change your order, please get in touch with us. You must receive an email confirmation for us to process the cancelation/change and to issue any refund. If you do not receive a confirmation by email within 1 hour, contact us via chat (lower right corner).

Conditions of return or exchange of e-books are as follows...

 

  1. If no books or only 1 book has been downloaded, you will receive a full refund.

  2. If 1-3 books have been downloaded, you will be refunded the full purchase price minus the cost of the downloaded books.

  3. If up to half of the books have been downloaded, you will be offered a store credit equal in value to the cost of the books that have not been downloaded.

  4. If more than half the books have been downloaded, no refund or store credit will be offered.

  5. Any refund or exchange will be processed within 24 hours of the date that you contact us. It may take 3-5 days after this time for the refund to appear on your account.
