School Copy License Conditions: Please read and agree to each of the conditions below. You, your organization, and its employees will hereafter be inferred when using the terms I, we, our, or us. By submitting this license application to Ad-Duha, you indicate your agreement with and understanding of all these conditions that govern the School Copy License (hereafter referred to as the "License"). *

We are submitting this application solely to obtain a license to use Ad-Duha books/e-books for the staff and officially enrolled students of our organization's educational program/group.  *

We agree that this license cannot be transferred or shared with other individuals, organizations, or different locations of our organization. *

We agree that this license DOES NOT give us any ownership (partial or complete) of copyrighted Ad-Duha books/e-books. *

We agree not to share/distribute or allow others to share/distribute any books/e-book files in our possession, for profit or for free, in any format (e.g., online, digital, PDF, printed, video, audio, or otherwise) to any person or organization. *

We agree not to make any changes to Ad-Duha books/e-books or remove any copyright notice or ISBNs (i.e., from PDF e-book files, hardcopies, or subsequent printed copies).   *

We agree not to alter the books/e-books to give the impression that they have been written by or produced by us, our organization, or any other person or organization. That includes but is not limited to designing new book covers, inserting a copyright or label with the organization's information, holding book signings/launches, etc.)  *

We agree not to use Ad-Duha books to make derivative works (i.e., materials based so heavily on Ad-Duha materials such that the derivative work is substantially similar to the original Ad-Duha book). *

We agree that all rights regarding the Ad-Duha books are reserved. Ad-Duha reserves any rights not specifically mentioned herein.  *

We understand that this license allows our organization to make in-house copies of Ad-Duha books (i.e., print out multiple copies on the school’s printers or copiers located on the organization’s premises or use a local print shop like Staples or FedEx). It DOES NOT permit submitting the books/e-books in any format to a professional printing or publishing services (on-demand, independent, or otherwise), loading the books/e-books on Google Docs to be shared, posting them on file-sharing sites, or on social media of any kind. *

We agree to inform all staff using the books/e-books of the conditions of this license agreement. *

We agree not to share any e-book download account login information or e-book files (if applicable) with any person other than the undersigned designated individual. We also understand that Ad-Duha reserves the right to suspend any download account with unusual download activity, including but not limited to downloads from multiple locations and/or multiple IP addresses. Additionally, we understand that requests to reset/reinstate download credits or accounts with such activity will not be allowed. *

You will receive an email from us within 24 hours confirming if your license application has been approved. Ad-Duha reserves the right to deny any license application at its discretion. Completing this form does not constitute a legal agreement between you/your organization and Ad-Duha Institute unless you receive written confirmation from us of approval.    *
