​Printed Book Orders

​Order Confirmations & Receipts:

After completing your order online, you will immediately receive an email receipt for your purchase. If you did not receive it, check your spam folder to see if it was misdirected. If you cannot locate it, contact us to have a duplicate one sent. 

Order Cancelations & Changes:

Orders may be canceled/changed within 6 hours of being placed. After that time, cancelations/changes cannot be accepted. To cancel/change your order, please get in touch with us. You must receive an email confirmation so we can process the cancellation/change and issue any refund.

Shipping Times: 

Orders usually ship within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends or holidays).   

Tracking Numbers & Estimated Delivery Times: 

Once the order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. The total time to receive your shipment is usually as follows (all estimates start from the date of your purchase):

Within the United States: FedEx, USPS, or UPS Ground | 1-2 Weeks 

All Other Countries: FedEx, USPS, or UPS Global | 3-4 Weeks 

The shipping times listed above are estimates, not guarantees. Actual shipping times may be longer depending on events outside our control (customs delays, weather interruptions, holidays, etc.). If you do not receive your order within this timeframe, please contact your local post office to check if it is being held there. If you still cannot locate the package, please contact customer support.

Notes for Customers Outside the US:

Customs Fees: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once a shipment reaches your country. Ad-Duha does not have control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Customs & Weather Delays: Orders are sometimes held by customs (an additional 7-10 business days in some cases) or delayed due to inclement weather (i.e., snow, ice, hurricanes, holidays, etc.). This may cause your package to be delivered later than the estimated delivery time listed on our website. Ad-Duha cannot foresee such delays, so please keep this in mind before ordering, especially if you must have the order before a specific date.

 If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 calendar days (including weekends and holidays) of receiving your order. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued for lost or damaged shipments. In such cases, reimbursement must be pursued with the shipping company.

Conditions of return for printed books are as follows...

• All books must be returned in new, unused condition as determined by Ad-Duha.

• No refund credit will be issued if printed books are damaged or used.

• The shipper must pay return shipping unless the return is due to an order error on our part.

• The refund or exchange will be processed within 24 hours of the date that your returned books are received. It may take 3-5 days after this time for the refund to appear on your account.

Wholesale Orders

​Wholesale orders are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange unless there was a fulfillment error on our part. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued for lost or damaged shipments. Reimbursement in such cases must be pursued with the shipping company.

E-Book Orders

Once you have completed your order online, you will immediately receive a receipt for your purchase via email. If you did not receive it, check your spam folder to see if it was misdirected. If you cannot locate it, contact us to have a duplicate one sent.

Download Links:

After completing your order online, download links will be displayed. These links will also be emailed to you as part of your order confirmation/receipt, so please keep this email in case you need to redownload the files in the future. You will have two download credits for each book. For example, you can download each book on two devices or download to one device and keep the second download credit to use later if you get a second device or lose the first download. Unused download credits cannot be shared with friends, family, or anyone else.

Gifting E-Books:

If you want to give e-books as gifts to family and/or friends, contact us, and we can arrange this.

Resetting Download Links:

If you run out of download credits and need to have the links reset (i.e., you lost the files, erased them, need to download them to a new device, etc.), we can do so once within 12 months from your purchase date. After this time, download links cannot be reset.

Account Deactivation:

If we observe unauthorized downloads on your download account from multiple IP addresses or locations (i.e., in other cities, states, provinces, or countries) or if you share your log-in information with others, Ad-Duha, at its discretion, may choose to deactivate your account permanently and block you from purchasing e-books again in the future. If your account is deactivated for the above reasons or for any other unusual activity, you will NOT be entitled to a refund.

E-Book Cancelations & Changes:

Orders may be canceled/changed within 6 hours of being placed as long as none of the e-books have been downloaded. To cancel/change your order, please get in touch with us. You must receive an email confirmation so we can process the cancellation/change and issue any refund.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 calendar days (including weekends and holidays) of receiving your order. 

The conditions for returning or exchanging e-books are as follows... 

• You will receive a full refund if no books or only one book has been downloaded.

• If you download 1-3 books, you will be refunded the total purchase price minus the cost of the downloaded books.

• If up to half of the books have been downloaded, you will be offered a store credit equal to the cost of the books that have not been downloaded.

• If more than half the books have been downloaded, no refund or store credit will be offered.

• Any refund or exchange will be processed within 24 hours of the date that you contact us. It may take 3-5 days after this time for the refund to appear on your account.
